It can cause agitation, hallucinations, fever, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle stiffness, twitching, loss of coordination, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
When not to use
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient and patients with acute or severe bronchial asthma, bradycardia and inflammatory bowel disease.
