It can cause diarrhea, weight gain, somnolence, insomnia, nervousness, depression, hyperkinesia, rash.
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug.
This medicine should be used with caution in patients having an impairment of kidney function. Suitable dose adjustments are advised based on the extent of impairment.
