It is used to treat low mood (depression). It is used to treat panic attacks. It is used to treat anxiety. It is used to treat mood problems caused by monthly periods.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea,changes in appetite or weight,fast heartbeats, tremors or shaking,sleep problems (insomnia), strange dreams, tired feeling.

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of this drug.

Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: bleeding problems, personal or family history of glaucoma (angle-closure type), high blood pressure, heart problems (such as heart failure, previous heart attack), high cholesterol, kidney disease, liver disease, seizure disorder, thyroid disease.

Use caution in bipolar mania, history of seizures, and cardiovascular disease.

Risk of mydriasis; may trigger angle closure attack in patients with angle closure glaucoma with anatomically narrow angles without a patent iridectomy.

This drug passes into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

This medicine may interact with isocarboxazid,phenelzine,procarbazine,selegiline,safinamide.
